I always wanted to take cake decorating classes. My challenge is that the class schedules at local schools are not convenient for me. As a mother of 2 children almost never have any time for me.

My friends was so tired of listening to my regret for not having the time to go to school they suggested that I take the course online. Then went and did some research to determine the advantages of taking an online class cake decorating.

I'm very creative and I would take a stab at cake decorating. I make delicious cakes so that not a problem that only needs to know what tools I have to start. I would also like to know what kind of frosting to use. In the Ace of cakes that use this frosting sheet only covers the cake. What is it? Thank you! : D

im not sure why everyone is saying fondant is more difficult. I do not think much, much easier to work with. need a cool room, but does not need a marble slab ... If you are creative and are the type of person who needs to do not to read the instructions, you do not even need to take classes. I never did ... and decorated very well. Wilton I do not use fondant mark, honestly, bad taste ... the use of "satin ice" your yummies much do not roll too thin! really common sense and some cakes for the practice.
