Chocolate Transfer
How is the transfer of the edible leaves of chocolate at home?
thanks! That is exactly what I thought I should do. (I hope that to be a pastry chef one day.)
You'll need sheets of acetate, cocoa butter and fat-soluble food colors. Melt cocoa butter and color as the colors you want. Using brushes, make your pattern on the sheet of acetate. Let harden the cocoa butter. Then use as you that any transfer sheet.
