Convection Oven

Two new furnaces of the most popular types are conventional and convection oven, and many have the option of cooking food in any way depending on the mode of configuration. The difference in these two types of ovens is the way that heat in the oven is dispersed in the cooking process.
Convection ovens
A convection oven uses a fan which is usually located in the rear of the oven. The purpose of the fan is to force the heated air inside the oven and circular around the item being cooked. Warm air is continually pushed over and around the food, and therefore a convection oven cooks food much faster than a conventional oven.
Not only does a convection oven cook food faster than a conventional oven, but you can also cook food completely at lower temperatures. Conventional ovens are similar to convection ovens in that they both cook food using heat. Both have the capacity to use gas or electricity, depending of the hook into a home. The most obvious difference between a conventional oven and a convection oven is the fact that a conventional oven, the air is not forced throughout the oven steadily with the help of a ventilator, as in a convection oven.
In a conventional oven, the movement of heat in the oven can be blocked by pots and pans in the oven. The blockade of heat can cause uneven cooking. Uneven cooking is especially remarkable when both bottom and top racks in the oven are used simultaneously. The items on top will cook faster because heat rises to the tops of conventional ovens and when there is much in the oven, the heat gets trapped there.
There are pros and cons to both conventional and convection ovens. Ovens conventional has been serving people for years and years and food has been cooked successfully in them for decades. Convection ovens have many followers and fans, but these types of furnaces can be difficult to get used toa ... especially for novice cooks.

Microwave / Convection oven: Can you use the right after using the microwave convection oven and vice versa?
When we try to use the right after using the microwave convection oven, which is barely functioning. . . very low noise level.
There is a problem with the micro, but works later, only use it as such, since it be costly to repair.
