Down Timer

This is the first and last of the major waste time and we must overcome in daily life today.
We're all in trouble these days. Opportunities to do tons of things at once, abound and yet we are always short of time. Remember the saying, a "so many books, so little time?  "It seems that now serves all purposes: so much information, so many physical activities, sports, hobbies so many, many movies, so many places, messages so instant ... and so little time.
For us to enjoy all the things we want, we must overcome some longer time wasters modern life. What to do? Here are some suggestions:
1. Internet
How many times we go to the Internet to search which is not really so important to realize then that weÂ've sitting at the computer for at least two hours? We begin with a consultation and after we find a link that looks interesting, this link leads to another and another and another, and soon found ourselves over 20 pages of the first page. It's great to live in the information age, but we must put a stop to it if you want to succumb Dona't.
My suggestion is to program the computer timer for 20 minutes or less, and stop searching when time ran out. Moreover, while consuming resources, you can print the articles that are really important for our search. It prevents us from deepening the pages.
2. Computer Games
Children, adolescents and young adults are especially good for wasting time in this way. Playing games computer does not carry any information, no education and no education. In addition to teaching and not add anything to our lives, computer games lost precious time. Moreover, not only most of the games are driven to violence, but they are so addictive that makes it very difficult for a person standing, especially those who are not very disciplined yet.
My suggestion is to stop playing computer games altogether. If that is not possible, again, set a timer, for example 30 minutes, for the enjoyment of the activity and leave immediately when the alarm is off. Reducing the playing time every day until the addiction is more.
3. Emails
Blocking spam does make it easier or faster the task of reading and responding to all emails we receive every day. Emails are even more harmful to our concentration when we read messages as they come. Distracted when we focus on our work is harmful. Not to mention that there have been studies concluding that reading email during work time decreases the acuity of the speaker.
My suggestion is to set a time below for dealing with email, for example, during a break or end of the day, before shutting down the computer.
4. TV
People sit in front of the television to unwind after a Daya work or after dinner, just because. They are bombarded with bad news, announcements of inducing fear, and useless programs. Habitual viewing of this type is a waste of precious time. Television shows can be entertaining, stimulating, informative, and really nice. It is essential to understand the habits induced by television.
My suggestion is to record only a few programs that really matter in the week and see them at a predetermined time. The same with games, especially football on Sunday.
5. Videos / DVDs
Watching movies is a great pastime. Is the danger, however, become a waste of time, especially when one considers the amount of time the average person spent in search of a movie to see. This is particularly true when more than one person in the family makes the decision of what to watch. It is easy to spend more than two hours on this task without watching the movie itself, which then become an activity of 4 hours. The same happens when we use an online movie store, though more efficient for Dona't to leave the house.
My suggestion is to decide what to watch ahead of time before going to the store. In addition, for parents of younger children, look for a DVD player with filtering capabilities. It will save the sanity while their children are entertained.

Down Timer
How can you make an LED Timer?
How can a Stopwatch LED is not on your computer and count the days, hours, minutes and seconds until a date or time? an electronic device
Not entirely clear what you mean. If it is a portable electronic device .... You will have a meeting with a processor, a small amount of memory, an EEPROM chip and assembly code and other things. Say you would need an engineer mail to respond to this. If you are talking about a countdown program which runs online at a site that does not use the client computer's clock is need a language on the same level as PHP (the others are ASP, ASP.NET, ColdFusion, CGI). It would be a time constant, or save a file or database countdown to. You could calculate the difference it would make a page of images in the correct sequence of digits LED.
