Edible Cake

Its one thing to make and decorate a cake, but its reality is something else to get inspiration from the new pie to make that special occasion.
I know who have always struggled to find new ideas for cakes, or I have found pictures but never instructed to do.
Once you have the basic knowledge in the hand of its easy to make cakes look professional without any hassle.
Here are some tips top of mine when baking a cake and decoration:
1. Do not use butter to grease the tin, butter has water in it and when it melts to make your beautiful cake soaked. If using a little flour in place to prevent sticking to the mold.
2. Before you start icing the cake sure is 100% cool. Otherwise training ice begins to melt in front of your eyes, and you do not want to rush the cake decorating.
3. Always set a top and bottom border in the cake so it looks complete. Otherwise, your cake will look a little unfinished.
4. Make sure you are in front of his cake when decorating. Even better, get someone else to throw them a look to make sure everything is where it belongs. Even taking a break from time to time.
5. Make sure you have the perfect consistency in training ice, too thick or too thin will ruin the cake before it even started. To lose weight and not too thick will pull pieces of your pie.
It's hard to find inspiration and instructions that really have their cake join as professional cakes.
