Frozen yogurt has a distinct bitter taste of ice cream. While both gelato and frozen yogurt are dairy products, the latter of the two has a unique flavor because of the cultures containing yogurt.

Lately I've been addicted to frozen yogurt in places like pinkberry. Sour is to die for. I have a place and all ready to start my business yogurt, but I really need ideas on where to get the machine and the yogurt mixture. Please help!
Good for you. It's great to have a "dream" ... but it is another reality, to "fulfill" the dream. I think it would be a good idea to work / manage a store yogurt they begin to see what the experience is like for you. Maybe you already are doing.
