Examine your products before you buy.

Examine the fruits and vegetables for bruising, staining, mold or wrinkled appearance. Beyond of just looking at the fruit and vegetables, make sure the smell of them too. When should I stop mixing rice cereal with fruit and vegetable baby foods?

I have a niece who is 6 months and eats rice cereal mixed with baby food fruits and vegetables. When is a good time to stop mixing and give the baby food directly?

Now is however, only helps them acquire the taste. I was completely mixed up in food table, simply because it is much more filled with rice or oatmeal .. does that the full bellys!:)
