The best birthday cake is the ice cream that goes along with it. This delicious recipe can be made ice cream with a few simple ingredients and a couple of coffee cans.

Learn to make your own delicious mix! It's so easy to make and fun to eat! A great hands-on kids party activity!

Home Made Ice Cream
Recipe

1 pounds of coffee can

Coffee Can 3 pounds

1 / 2 cup rock salt

Half of 1 liter and a half

1 1 / 2 tsp. Vanilla

1 / 3 cup + 2 tblsps. Sugar

For flavored ice cream, choose one:

3 tblsps. of your favorite flavor of instant pudding

1 / 3 cup of fruit (by eg bananas, strawberries, peaches)

3 of your favorite browser, rolled into pea-size pieces

1 / 4 cup chopped walnuts finely

METHOD:

Mix first three ingredients together and pour the coffee in the pound can. Add seasonings if desired. Place the lid securely and is freed within three can.

Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Ingredients: 7 egg yolks 3 / 4 cup sugar Pinch of salt 1 vanilla bean 2 cups half and half, 1 1 / 2 cups heavy cream PREPARATION: Beat egg yolks egg with sugar and salt in a large bowl, set aside. A longitudinal incision vanilla bean and scrape out the seeds. Combine beans, seeds, half and half and cream In a large saucepan. Bring just to a simmer. Gradually whisk hot cream mixture to egg yolk.
