It seems that the momentum of the "Green Movement" is the construction. Green Advocates are telling us to try alternative environmentally friendly of the many things to do or use in our lives ... Things like hybrid drive vehicles to the use of paper instead of plastic bags.
Now there green alternatives to the non-stick pots and pans. Some believe that non-green non-Teflon pans release harmful chemicals into the air when used with high temperature.

Unfurtunately not much you can do. When cleaning, use a paste made of equal parts of baking soda and water. Rub in a circular motion with a non-metallic platform washing and cleaning is recommended as safe for Use non-stick surfaces or perhaps a soft brush and a vegetable brush.
