Where should I go out of a microwave oven on the range?

I do all the electrical work before the end of the walls and floor. In the meantime I will put wall cabinets and a microwave and hood. Any suggestions as to where to place the output of the microwave? The right side? The left side? I realize I have to make a hole in the bottom and rear of the new cabinet.

The strings are on the right side so it is the best place to start. I use a brace to keep the cord on one side and save room.
