What kind of computer should I buy pasta?

I tried to make pasta and I could not do enough thin with a rolling pin so that now I pasta machine. There are loads to choose from, but I imagine different ways to do Fusilli pasta, penne and linguini with pasta sheets and ordinary noodles - how you get a machine that creates these particular ways? Thanks!

Hi Gil, I recommend the Imperia SP150 pasta machine. I used this for 5 years and is great for quickly and easily thinning of the fresh pasta. You get a free fettucini / spaghetti attachment to her, and many other long pasta linkages are available. Oh, and is built as a nuclear Armageddon could bear. I have a video review of this machine over pasta on my site if interested ... in http://www.pasta-recipes-made-easy.com/imperia-pasta-machine.html I have not tried the Marcato one ... but from what I read on the price of Amazon, so it is unlikely that very different or quality wise. Avoid the Pacific and China cheaper call-off machines ... the handles are just too weak. Making short pasta itself is a different matter, as traditional roller machines actually do not cover pasta dough cut at all. However, you can try farfalle and / or Garganelli (like penne) to hand with the vids on this page (Do not laugh at my comment ?)... Enjoy http://www.pasta-recipes-made-easy.com/fresh-pasta-recipe.html well! Pastastic Matt.
