Slow Cooker

This is an easy and delicious recipe for cooking a roast in the crockpot or slow cooker. The roast is tender and almost falling apart. There are plenty of tasty sauces.
The vegetables are added when there is about 2 1 / 2 to 3 hours cooking time left. If you will not be available to add the vegetables at the time, do not worry. You can use the sauce to serve with mashed potatoes or noodles more. I like to cook my egg noodles just before the plan to eliminate meat and vegetables. Once the roast and vegetables have been placed in a dish, add the noodles to the sauce just to absorb the extra flavor.
