Stir Fry
What type should I use to saute the mixture Broccoli stir fry?
I have a bag of Birds Eye broccoli stir fry (was broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, onions, red peppers, etc. in it) and some steak / strips of meat to cook, but what kind of stir fry sauce is good for cooking in? I'm not a big fan of soy sauce .. I do not mind a couple of teaspoons, but I do not want to be on all the soy sauce.
Try Frying Pan, meat / beef strips [Is that not too thin] with oil. Then, as to plants, add oil, 2 cloves of new garlic [sliced or diced] and then add the vegetables in the same pan where the meat / meat strips in kitchen. Then, finally, add about 2 tablespoons sauce soybeans and a little water. Season with salt and pepper, and you're ready to serve! =]
