A common feature of the Timex Sport Watch is a very useful way of thinking called interval timer mode.

In simple terms, how interval timer is a sequence of countdown timers. Each countdown timer in the sequence can be set to a different value. Once the timer reaches zero, the timer is started in sequence until all timers have run their course.

When all timers are over, the sequence can be either repeat, stop or start the stopwatch timer.

While the mode range is in many cheap watches, Timex, not all support it, so if you want to take advantage of this feature, check carefully that the clock does.
