Williams Sonoma

How can you as a true professional marketing of luxury goods, spark word-of-word of mouth and customer loyalty with outstanding service customer? Here's an example that could inspire you, especially if you appreciate fine coffee.
While dining at Gulfstream, one of our restaurants Favorites in Century City (next to Beverly Hills), we have discovered what is perhaps the most notable brands of decaffeinated coffee had tried in the United States. The restaurant shares its source with coffee taste, Fonte ©, which we appreciate. As soon as we got home, I ordered some on their website as soon as we home.
When coffee arrived promptly prepared a fresh pot only to be disappointed by how weak he was compared with infusion restaurant the same grain. Alexandra was convinced that the problem was our coffee. Alejandra said it was time for a new machine (the one found at Williams-Sonoma catalog with some innovative features).
In our local Williams Sonoma store in Santa Barbara, asked the manager if the new machine was really top. She was not sure, but she offered to give us an inquiry. Now that is remarkable customer service!
When she went to the back room to get the "loan" back empty-handed. It was informed that three of these machines have recently been restored due to a leak. Instead of trying to sell us another machine (they were not interested in buying) proposed a technique for cleaning up our coffee at home.
That did the trick! This was a wonderful example of remarkable customer service, with a long-term vision of building customer loyalty. Now, we are singing the praises of Gulfstream, Williams-Sonoma and coffee Fonte.

What is the Williams Sonoma pineapply tin / mold that comes in your packages?
Recently I registered at Williams Sonoma and have collected a series molds that come with your gift wrapping. What are they? Are they butter molds? Tart dishes? Madeleine tins? Moreover, what are the other "tools" on gifts? Thanks!
The Williams Sonoma pineapple tin / mold used for wrapping gifts is so light that I that are purely decorative. Can be used as a decoration or a bulletin board as decoration of Christmas trees. I have not seen the other mini tools decorative.
